FAQ

If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to get in contact.

Counselling can provide a safe, confidential space to explore what you’re experiencing and to work through challenges. People seek counselling for many reasons, including stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, grief, parenting challenges, feeling overwhelmed, low self-worth, or simply feeling stuck or unsure about their next steps.

I look forward to supporting you through pregnancy, birth, adjustment to baby, and settling into the family dynamic again. Having some time to process this extraordinary and often difficult time in amongst the chaotic moments can be invaluable, bringing you hope and equipping you with strategies for coping. I have understanding of parenting struggles with little children and older children including anxiety related to their concerns about friendships and education adjustments. Impacts of family members decisions can deeply wound, as can loss and life transitions. Unexpected or traumatic happenings can bring a sense of feeling held back due to unresolved life events. Change related to aging, including downsizing and health challenges, can add to concerns around family coping. Difficulties may arise from life and spiritual concerns. I look forward to being there for you through, and after challenges are thrown your way.

Referral options are available if further specialised support is required.
